SG Listed Structured Products are flexible investment tools for UK investors. They can offer leveraged or protected access to underlyings such as equities, FX and commodities, including to sectors that may otherwise be difficult or expensive to trade, such as emerging markets or property. SG Listed Structured Products can offer full, partial, conditional or no capital protection. They are quoted on the London Stock Exchange with the benefit to the investor being transparency, ease of trading and liquidity.

SG Listed Structured Products break down into three broad categories:
(1) Growth Products (e.g. Accelerators and other SCARP (Structured Capital at Risk) products)
(2) Income Products (e.g. Discount Certificates, Autocallables and Reverse Convertibles)
(3) Hybrid Products

SG Listed Structured Products are classified as Securitised Derivatives by the Financial Services Authority. They can be held directly or in SIPPs.

PROT denotes that a product contains an element of protection (contingent upon the underlying asset not breaching a specified barrier level). CAP denotes that a product has a maximum payout level. Income Products are priced dirty (with accrued interest). A (c) denotes the market is closed.
